You’re smart enough to know when your realtor is just chasing commission. Maybe you’ve met the realtor who says, “this is the one,” even when you know a home doesn’t fit the bill.
I have no interest in rushing you into a hasty purchase. I’m definitely blunt, but not to a fault. I don’t get you a house, I get you a home. I want to be your realtor for life and the first step is making sure I do right by you.
I’m community focused.
I’m a Holyoker, born and raised. This area isn’t “inventory.” Western Massachusetts is my home.
I donate $100 of each commission to a local charitable organization of my client’s choice. I organize river cruises for my clients so they can socialize with new neighbors, donate to the local high schoolers during their shamrock drives, and run canned food drives. Each year for Pie day (a celebration of generosity in November), you can see sharing wine and locally-made pies with clients, collecting donations of non-perishable food for families in need. In 2020, we raised over 600lbs. of non-perishables!
